Anniversary Event:cancelled for neither in US nor in EU

It's a pity that FC inform it this way that players thought the celebration was supposed to be a game-mechanic event rather than DYI party. However,avoiding an even greater discontent among US players, FC decided to call the whole thing off in the US realms, but provide a bigger and greater proper game-based event in the future. Take a look at his explanation:

 

Due to having this announced the wrong way, players expected the event to be more than it actually was planned to be. The actual idea was to provide players with a possibility to have player run activities in one spot for the anniversary. After having run the event on the EU servers, it was obvious that this was not announced correctly. In additon there were also technical difficulties that lead to the event not running correctly on the servers.

To prevent the same to happen on the US servers, the event will not take place.

We apologize for this and will see to it that we can come up with another event for another occasion instead.
