I'm trying to install the Aion beta. Haven't even got to the gameguard error. Instead ,when I begin the installer ,it just doesn't work. The NCSoft Launcher - InstallShield Wizard window pops up and then hang on. Worse still, it's been stoped there for 20 minates. I have no idea why that bar isn't moving. When I cancel,nothing happens and I need to close the process. Note:I have an anti-virus running of course (AVG) .

 

Fortunately, after some time , I think I find out the way to resolving this issue . Now, let's have a look:

 

I stop the EA download manager,then Open Office plugin and AVG tray apps and now the whole thing  is going smoothy.Therefore, I doubt that EA is the culprit here.
