Got Error On Aion's NcLauncher

Phenomenon:

 

When I tried to install the game the beta on the NCLauncher, It says, System Invalid Operation Exception: Not In Ready to Install State. I have no idea what it does mean, by the way, I reinstalled it checked my network tried on other network restarted computer, however, it still doesn't work either!!

Tips:

 

Not sure if it will help. It maybe has something to do with NET frameworks. Try to download the latest version or a previous version and see how it works. I'd try the latest first, such as net framework 3.5 will help.

 

I had to install the newest directX to run the game, but I got a prompt to install via Aion installer so this probably isn't the same issue. I also heard that Windows 7 doesn't work with Aion for some reason if that is your OS.

 

What about you? Could you tell us why it does not work?!
